Sapporo Keiyukai is a social welfare corporation that provides welfare services for the elderly in Sapporo city. With the motto of Meeting the needs of everyone, they offer various services such as home-based care, residential services, dementia care group homes, and short-term/long-term residential care. Established in 1977, Sapporo Keiyukai started with the opening of Fukujuen, a special nursing home for the elderly, with a capacity of 100 beds.

Over the past 30 years, they have aimed to be a trusted facility in the Sapporo area, operating with approximately 450 staff members. Sapporo Keiyukai provides services that cater to various needs, including home-based services for elderly individuals living at home (such as day services, day care, and home help), residential services for those who require some level of care (such as affordable elderly homes), dementia care group homes, and short-term/long-term residential services (such as nursing homes and geriatric health facilities). Additionally, they also focus on supporting individuals with disabilities, offering facilities for disability support and home help services for severe home care in Enzan, Ibarato, and Shinkawa areas.
