## Description

Kekwanu Labs is the building studio of Chuks Onwuneme, founder of Ratify Protocol, where he develops practical AI tools, agent infrastructure, and creative experiments. Its primary venture, Ratify Protocol, is designed to give AI agents verifiable, scoped authority. It uses signed delegation proofs so receiving systems can check what an agent is permitted to do before carrying out an action.

The studio’s projects include Deskhands, a Mac app for managing coding agents and approving risky commands; Synod, an open-source multi-model coding agent; Crayfish, a private, open-source personal AI that runs on users’ own hardware; and Syncline, an API for AI-first scheduling. Other experiments span neuroscience, music, reading, and relationship-focused AI.

Alongside building products, Onwuneme contributes to open-source projects and writes about agent authorization and trustworthy AI. When capacity allows, he works with select teams as a fractional CTO, offering hands-on support in technical leadership, product and engineering architecture, agentic systems strategy, and AI product development from prototype to production.
