## Description

Water Becomes a Garden is the practice of Kelly Billing, an aquatic consultant, designer, and grower specializing in ponds and water features. A lifelong gardener and certified horticulturalist, Kelly brings 35 years of experience in the aquatic industry to helping clients create distinctive, plant-rich water environments. Her expertise includes lotus and waterlilies, supported by work as a professional horticulturist, aquatic nursery manager, plant specialist, and industry consultant. Kelly also serves on the board of directors of the International Waterlily and Water Gardening Society.

The practice offers aquatic design and consulting services, with projects tailored to each client’s personality, needs, and vision.
