KGM is a Christ-centered service organization based in British Columbia, dedicated to addressing homelessness in all its forms. Since its humble beginnings as a drop-in center with just a few students offering coffee and conversation, KGM has grown to become one of the largest service organizations in the Central Okanagan region. At KGM, their mission is clear: to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and help the hurting. They achieve this by providing a range of services that minister to the whole person, including their spirit, soul, and body. By demonstrating the radical love of Jesus Christ, they aim to make a positive impact and bring hope to individuals in need. With a vision to create a community of people being made whole, KGM strives to serve the community in innovative and effective ways. They are not only a leading voice and advocate for the unhoused but also work towards being better themselves every day. At KGM, compassion is the foundation of their work. They build authentic relationships, showing the same redemptive love that Jesus Christ exemplified. Regardless of choices, lifestyle, or circumstances, KGM treats every individual with respect, valuing them equally. Operating with integrity, they always strive to do the right thing in every situation.
