## Description

Ketchem Biotherapeutics Consulting LLC provides expert consulting in biotherapeutic discovery, design, and development. The firm helps guide biologics from early molecular concepts toward candidates with stronger developability, drawing on expertise in computational structural biology, antibody discovery, and protein engineering. Its services include scientific advising, research evaluation, strategic consultation on molecular design, and training in biotherapeutic design. The firm also offers guidance on antibody humanization and optimization, therapeutic project strategy, molecular modeling, and biologics software platforms.

Its AbLead offering applies antibody sequence and structure analysis to assess, rank, and engineer candidates, helping identify stable, manufacturable options before laboratory investment. The company is led by Randal R. Ketchem, Ph.D., whose experience includes senior roles in biotherapeutic discovery and molecular design at Just Biotherapeutics and Just–Evotec Biologics, as well as positions at Amgen and Immunex. His work includes contributions to Repatha (evolocumab), antibody discovery platforms, and methods for optimizing antibody developability. Ketchem Biotherapeutics Consulting combines scientific leadership with computational and engineering expertise to support biologics teams in making informed design and development decisions.
