Kevin D. Monroe is the founder of Kevin Monroe Gratitude Consulting, a brand dedicated to helping individuals and organizations harness the transformative power of gratitude. Kevin's journey with gratitude began as a child, where he learned the importance of saying please and thank you.

However, it was during a period of personal struggle that he truly embraced gratitude as a lifestyle. Kevin incorporates gratitude into his work through speaking engagements, training sessions, coaching, and his podcast. He initiated a 10-Day Gratitude Challenge, which quickly gained global popularity and participation.

This inspired him to create Gratitude Encounters, guided explorations into the practice of gratitude for private groups and monthly public sessions. To further support individuals on their gratitude journey, Kevin co-created The Gratitude Challenge Card Deck, providing 52 prompts to cultivate gratitude in everyday life. Kevin's latest endeavor is the 30 Days IN the Power of Gratitude app-based journey, guiding individuals through a transformative 30-day gratitude experience.

He is the founder and host of the This Extraordinary Life Global Community and Podcast. Kevin D. Monroe holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a theology degree from Mercer University.
