Its teaching focuses on building water confidence, swimming ability and safety awareness, with the aim of helping students enjoy the water and stay safer in and around it. Friendly, experienced instructors use encouragement and positive reinforcement, adapting their teaching to learners’ ages, abilities and confidence levels. The school offers Water Tots and infant classes, preschool lessons, after-school programmes and adult learn-to-swim instruction. Courses introduce young children to water through supervised activities, then develop essential water skills and safety. School-age lessons build swimming technique, including confidence with different strokes. Adult classes cover technical skills for those looking to learn or improve. A school holiday programme provides intensive daily sessions for beginner to advanced swimmers. Aoraki Swim School also offers group and private lessons, as well as pool hire for children’s parties. Its approach treats swimming as an ongoing, lifelong skill, supported by patient instruction and regular practice. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Water Sports _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/aorakiswimschool) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idlANTV0X5/w/800/h/362/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793561030285) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idlANTV0X5/w/960/h/949/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793561030679) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Lochmara | #0272b9 | accent | | Blue Charcoal | #000810 | dark | | Malibu | #8ed1fc | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
