Operated by the Social Welfare Corporation Kitakyushu City Welfare Projects, the centers serve young children who have developmental delays or need additional consideration and support. Their approach is centered on each child’s developmental needs and aims to nurture individual growth and emotional well-being in partnership with families. The centers provide child development support, and their services include visits to childcare facilities and other settings to help children receive support in their everyday environments. Wakamatsu and Itoozu also list short-duration attendance among their offerings. The website provides information about each center’s daily routine, annual events, admission procedures, access, and support programs, as well as news and blog updates. Families can explore the distinct services and contact details for the three locations, which are situated in the Yahatanishi, Wakamatsu, and Kokurakita wards of Kitakyushu.
