## Description

Svenska KFUM i Helsingfors r.f. is a Swedish-speaking YMCA association in Helsinki, Finland. Its activities span community engagement, sport, charitable work and support for young people. The association offers basketball, with information available through its website, and highlights Solhälla Charity as part of its work. It also provides information about scholarships and the Hjalte Karlsson Foundation, alongside resources for members and the association’s board.

A notable part of the association’s work is its connection to Solhälla, where it owns land. Following KFUM’s application, the Uusimaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment established a nature reserve of approximately 1.8 hectares on association-owned property. The protected area covers parts of three plots in Villinki. This initiative reflects the association’s involvement in local nature conservation as well as its community activities.

Svenska KFUM i Helsingfors publishes news and contact information and provides dedicated pages for members and board matters. Its website presents the organisation’s sports, charitable, educational and environmental activities.
