## Description

Khams House provides short-term lodging for adolescents and young adults receiving cancer treatment, offering a comfortable, home-like environment during a challenging period. The organization aims to support young people as they access medical care and resources, while also helping families navigate difficult circumstances. Its programs include housing assistance, available through a housing request process, and fertility preservation support. Khams House relies on donations and community involvement to keep its services available and sustain its work.

Founded by Kischa Howard, Khams House also invites individuals and organizations to contribute through volunteering, partnerships, sponsorships, and other forms of support. Its team includes Kischa Howard, Jazmon Howard, Kaelen Aubert, Kanecia Dawson, Kyla Dawson, and Andise Altine. The website shares news, articles, and event information, including community and fundraising opportunities, and encourages visitors to stay informed through its updates. By bringing donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters together, Khams House works to provide practical lodging support for young people facing cancer treatment and help families connect with needed care.
