## Description

Kiap Taekwondo Sangrok Harstad is a taekwondo club based in Harstad, Norway, offering training for children, young people and adults. Its age groups range from recruits aged five to six through seniors aged 18 and older. The club promotes an inclusive atmosphere built around community, mutual support and shared goals, while helping members develop physical strength, flexibility, focus and confidence through martial arts.

Training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, with separate sessions for recruits and participants in the children, youth, junior and senior groups; an additional session for the latter groups is held on Thursdays. New members can try a week of training for free, and membership costs NOK 1,000 per half-year. The club’s curriculum progresses from beginner to advanced belt levels, covering taekwondo patterns, kicks, self-defence, sparring, falling techniques and breaking practice. Training is led by experienced instructors, including a head instructor. Kiap Taekwondo Harstad is located at Trondenesveien 108 and welcomes prospective members to get in touch to join.
