## Description

Take Down Tobacco is the flagship initiative of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, dedicated to empowering youth in the fight against tobacco use. This comprehensive advocacy program provides free online courses, training, and mentorship, equipping young people with the skills and knowledge to challenge the tobacco industry. Through events like the National Day of Action, held annually on April 1, youth advocates mobilize to raise awareness and promote tobacco-free environments.

In addition to educational resources, the campaign focuses on policy advocacy, supporting elected officials committed to protecting children from tobacco addiction. Notable projects include the Barrie Fiske Youth Leadership Fund, which honors a dedicated advocate and supports youth engagement in tobacco control efforts.

With a vision of a tobacco-free generation, Take Down Tobacco cultivates collective action and strong community relationships, driving progress against the deceptive marketing tactics of tobacco companies. The campaign invites individuals and organizations to contribute, ensuring that young voices are heard in the fight for a healthier future.
