## Description

Karl Bastian is a non-profit organization that aims to equip and encourage individuals involved in children's ministry. The organization's primary focus is Kidology, an online platform that provides a wealth of resources, ideas, and training for children's ministry leaders and volunteers. Kidology.org offers a variety of tools, including a searchable knowledge base, an online store with a wide range of resources, and opportunities for interaction with others in the field through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, Kidology offers conferences, personalized coaching, and publishing services for both electronic and print materials. As a non-profit ministry, Kidology relies on donations, limited advertising, and membership fees to sustain its operations and support its staff. While some features are available for free, membership options provide access to exclusive content, special discounts, and additional resources. Kidology's mission is to equip and encourage individuals in their ministry to children, ultimately making a positive impact on the lives of young ones.
