## Description

Kids in Sync South West is a specialist paediatric occupational therapy clinic serving children and families across South West London. Based in Twickenham, the clinic supports children aged 0–14 in developing the skills they need to learn, play, participate in everyday activities and grow in independence. Its services combine occupational therapy with sensory integration, helping children better process and respond to sensory experiences and build focus, confidence and emotional regulation.

The clinic offers tailored assessments using sensory integration tools and observational methods, followed by personalised therapy shaped around each child’s strengths, challenges and developmental goals. Sessions take place in a warm, child-centred environment, with families involved in supporting progress beyond the clinic. Kids in Sync South West also provides occupational therapy support to schools, including provision connected with Education, Health and Care Plans.

The service is co-owned and run by Nicole Ray, a specialist paediatric occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience, alongside the founder of Kids in Sync’s North London centre.
