## Description

Kristiansand Ishockeyklubb (KIK), also known as the Lions, is a community ice hockey club based in Kristiansand, Norway. Founded in 1992, the club describes itself as a broad-based organization and is among the largest ice hockey clubs in Southern Norway. Its nickname comes from the lion featured in Kristiansand’s coat of arms. The club’s ice hall opened in 2011, providing a home for its hockey activities.

KIK offers opportunities to take part in ice hockey for a wide range of ages and groups. Its teams include men’s and women’s sides, youth teams from under-7 to under-18, a girls’ team, and Warriors, as well as a hockey school for newer and younger participants. The club also shares news, publishes information for members and visiting teams, and provides a calendar and booking information. People interested in joining can find membership details through the club. KIK promotes its activities, camps, and seasonal updates, and invites supporters to contribute through Norway’s grassroots support scheme. It is located on Møllevannsveien in Kristiansand.
