## Description

KIKOM is a digital solution for childcare centres, providers, and school-age aftercare, helping organisations manage communication, daily operations, educational documentation, and administration. More than 4,500 customers rely on the platform, which can be configured and expanded with modules to suit individual needs. Its app supports secure communication among staff and families, including messages, documents, appointments, read receipts, and illness notifications. Tools for group organisation include a digital group book, attendance tracking, child check-in and check-out, and daily records of meals, sleep, and care routines. For pedagogical work, KIKOM offers digital portfolios, child-development observations, and a shared library of practical resources. Meal services can be coordinated through menu planning, caterer integration, ordering, and KIKOM Pay, a payment system for meal orders and small charges. Workforce features include staff records, shift planning, and time tracking, while connected LITTLE BIRD modules add capabilities such as enrolment, placement management, contracts, parent-fee calculations, document management, and reporting. KIKOM also provides anonymous surveys and virtual meeting rooms, alongside free introductory webinars.
