## Description

KIKU by Jan Fribus is a fine-dining restaurant in the historic centre of Quedlinburg, Germany. Its approach combines European culinary craftsmanship with Asian flavours, creating thoughtful, distinctive dishes that balance a clear, pared-back style with depth and surprise. The kitchen respects its ingredients and works with the seasons, drawing on relationships with small farms, local producers and selected ingredients from further afield. Guests can choose between a full tasting menu and a shorter menu, with wine or juice pairings available. The experience is designed to feel personal and relaxed: selected courses are presented at the table by the small, dedicated team, bringing guests closer to the food and the restaurant’s philosophy of mindful, curious dining. KIKU recommends booking ahead and serves dinner from Thursday to Sunday. For a more informal visit or à la carte dining, guests can also visit KIKU Bistro, a short distance away. The bistro offers breakfast, lunch, coffee, wine and selected à la carte dishes.
