Kimle Designs is a brand with a rich history in art and design. From a young age, the founder, Patricia Kimle, had a passion for creating, starting with watercolor paintings that she sold to friends and relatives. In high school, she explored her love for fashion by designing her own clothes and hunting for vintage jewelry in thrift shops and antique stores.

This passion continued to college, where Patricia studied Textile and Apparel Design, mastering various techniques including weaving, screenprinting, and lacemaking. After receiving a Ph. D.

As her creative outlets expanded, Patricia discovered polymer clay and metal clay, which she used to create stunning mixed media jewelry. Her work has been featured in galleries and gift shops across the country. In recent years, Patricia has also incorporated faith-based themes into her art, combining scripture verses and prayers in her silver pieces.

With over 30 project articles published and two books under her belt, Patricia is now teaching polymer and metal clay workshops at events nationwide. She continues to inspire and create while living on a small hobby farm in Iowa, surrounded by her family, garden, and animals
