## Description

KinCareCircle is a family care coordination service being developed to help people support an elderly or disabled relative together. It brings practical care information into one shared place for family members, neighbours and professional carers, helping everyone stay informed and reducing the need to rely on one person’s memory.

Users will be able to create a care circle, invite helpers, organise tasks and medication times, and see who is on duty. A shared journal lets participants record how the person is doing, while a space for care plans, letters and other paperwork keeps important documents accessible. Daily or weekly reports can be exported to print or share with a GP, including what was completed, missed and observed.

KinCareCircle is not a care agency, an NHS service, a medical record or a monitoring device, and it does not provide medical advice. The service is currently being built, and interested users can join the waitlist for an opening announcement.
