## Description

Kindergevoel is a coaching and training practice in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel that supports children, young people and parents. Its approach is holistic, viewing body and mind as connected and treating behaviour or difficulties as possible signs of imbalance. Services include child coaching and telephone parenting coaching, offering families a professional perspective when a child is struggling or parenting feels challenging. Kindergevoel also provides training in anxiety reduction and confidence, social skills, and divorce support. Its practical programmes include youth boxing coaching and Rots en Water, a physical training focused on personal development. Parents can take part in workshops designed to help them guide and encourage their children, and child massage is also listed among the practice’s offerings. Each summer, Kindergevoel organises a camp for children preparing to enter group 8. For professionals and aspiring practitioners, it offers a compact course to become a relaxation coach for children, as well as a trainer course for the Zeker in Balans anxiety-reduction programme. The practice is based at Kon.
