## Description

Kinderlogopedie Hoeksche Waard is a speech and language therapy practice for children, offering assessment, treatment and guidance, with a particular focus on feeding and drinking difficulties in young children. Founded by speech therapist Sylvia van der Drift, the practice began in Maassluis in 2010. After moving to Zuid-Beijerland, Sylvia extended her home-based services to the Hoeksche Waard, where she also opened a practice location in January 2023.

The practice provides pre-verbal speech therapy for children who have difficulty feeding, chewing or moving on to solid foods. This includes premature babies discharged from hospital with tube feeding, and children with feeding challenges related to a cleft lip, jaw or palate. Sylvia also draws on her experience supporting children with cleft conditions, syndromes, language development disorders and complex articulation difficulties.

Services are available through home visits and at the Zuid-Beijerland practice. Kinderlogopedie Hoeksche Waard is based at Gravin Sabinastraat 34G, and families can contact the practice by phone or email to learn more about its services and accessibility.
