## Description

"Держи краба!" is a renowned gastronomic festival celebrating the exquisite Kamchatka crab, held annually in the Russian Far East since 2016. Organized by the prestigious Pan-Asian restaurant Zuma, this festival has quickly become a key event in Primorye's tourism calendar, attracting food enthusiasts from across Russia, as well as from Korea and China.

Taking place from October 15 to 30, "Держи краба!" showcases the blue King crab, known for its impressive size and rich flavor, comparable to lobsters. Restaurants participating in the festival prepare these crabs using simple yet delicious methods, often enhancing them with inventive culinary techniques to create delectable salads and soups.

In addition to the Kamchatka crab, there are plans for further celebrations, such as the annual festival of Far Eastern scallops, "На Гребне!" With Zuma ranking as one of the country's top restaurants, the festival promises an exceptional dining experience highlighting the best of regional seafood.
