## Description

Kings Combat Sunnyside is a combat sports and fitness studio located on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside, Queens. Formerly known as Queens Training Club, the studio offers Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, and strength and mobility programs, with classes for adults and children. Its Muay Thai classes introduce the fundamentals of Thai boxing, combining strikes with the hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Sessions include a light cardio warm-up and partner drills focused on striking combinations. The studio also holds two boxing classes each week, covering basic striking techniques and footwork.

Kids’ Muay Thai is designed for ages 5 to 12, with participants grouped by skill level to provide an appropriate challenge. Strength and mobility sessions develop functional strength and movement using equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands, and Inertia Wave kinetic elastic bands. Programs are designed in monthly cycles, and participants receive guidance on technique and progressive training. Kings Combat Sunnyside also offers private training, memberships, single-class passes, and a free trial class.
