## Description

Discover the award-winning team and the philosophy behind Kipseli Architects in Athens, Greece. Founded in 2014 by head architect Kirki Mariolopoulou, the creative architecture studio is inspired by the concept of the beehive (kipseli in Greek) and focuses on transforming urban spaces through collaboration, with a strong emphasis on the environment and human existence within it. The studio believes in the value of each unique idea, bridging architecture and interior design with other forms of art. For Kirki Mariolopoulou, architecture is a means of expression for both art and science—an act of giving on an individual level and a contribution to culture on a collective level. In 2021, Kirki launches Circe, her personal architecture practice, dedicated to designing mindful, life-enhancing experiences in one-of-a-kind homes. By deeply understanding each client's essence and bringing it to life in the project, Circe creates personalized home design concepts. Kipseli Architects believes in the power of architectural narratives to engage people, incorporating elements such as concept, layout, characters, theory, aesthetics, and experience to craft a unique and memorable space. Their new office space in Athens reflects their passion for architecture, featuring a house archetype at its center—a symbol of their commitment to functional and beautiful spaces. The surrounding areas provide workspaces, material showcases, and collaborative spaces to inspire creativity and imagination. Seeking to create houses with heart, Kipseli Architects combines their passion with different materials, creating exceptional spaces that bring happiness and joy to their clients. With their focus on originality and attention to detail, Kipseli Architects aims to architecturally express the unique features and requirements of each project.
