## Description

Kiroku is a web archiving service for preserving public web pages and X posts before they disappear or change. Users can enter a URL to save a screenshot and the original HTML, together with the source URL, capture time, and an external timestamp. Basic public archiving is free and does not require an account; saved records receive public URLs and may be indexed by search engines. For content that should remain private, Kiroku Pro offers private storage within a user’s workspace. Pro also supports ongoing URL monitoring, captures of changes, and comparisons between earlier and later versions. Its evidence packs bundle saved files, metadata, hashes, and timestamp information into a ZIP for sharing and verification outside Kiroku. The service is suited to preserving social media posts, advertisements, online store pages, terms, pricing, and policy changes. Kiroku also provides guidance for finding deleted pages and searching existing archives. An iPhone app enables users to save pages through Safari’s sharing feature and search saved records, with Pro URL monitoring available.
