## Description

Stay Informed provides a digital communication and organisation platform for childcare centres, primary schools, and after-school programmes. Its solution combines a web-based administration portal with a mobile app, bringing information and everyday processes together for educators, administrators, families, and organisational providers. The platform helps teams share messages and documents, plan events, manage children’s absences, and securely check children in and out using authorised pick-up contacts and emergency details. Additional tools cover meal plans and orders, digital staff schedules, time tracking, and absence planning. Parents and caregivers can receive updates, respond to requests, submit absence notices, confirm appointments, access meal information, and communicate with staff through individual or group chats. Stay Informed also offers role-based access, multilingual communication features, reporting, and options to configure functions for different facilities. The company states that its service meets data-protection standards including GDPR, KDG, and DSG-EKD. With more than 11,000 facilities and over one million app users, Stay Informed offers personal guidance and a free 14-day trial to help organisations assess the platform.
