## Description

Krasoklub mesta Nitra is a Slovak figure-skating association and member of the Slovak Figure Skating Association. It promotes skating as an accessible recreational activity for children, young people and adults, while also offering pathways for those interested in developing their skills. Its Škola korčuľovania Klokočina welcomes beginners and more experienced skaters, with participants aged four and up able to join during the season. Regular sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The club also provides structured skating courses for kindergartens and primary schools. These programmes take place during school hours and are led by registered, certified professional coaches, combining skill development with safe instruction and peer encouragement. For schools, the club offers training support and comprehensive courses tailored to children’s needs.

Beyond lessons, Krasoklub mesta Nitra brings skating and culture together through ice events and performances. Its programme has included a festive St Nicholas show, a themed ice carnival and a season-ending gala featuring performances and recognition of skating-school participants.
