Its courses support expectant parents in preparing for childbirth and the early days after birth, while helping women stay active during pregnancy and rebuild fitness afterwards. The programme includes ZwangerFit, which combines exercise and theory; a three-hour private childbirth course at home; a 3.5-hour one-day childbirth course in Leeuwarden, Stiens or Akkrum; and MamaFit, a training course for after pregnancy, offered in Leeuwarden and Akkrum. The business also lists a caesarean guide among its resources. Carla, the founder and instructor, draws on extensive experience as a physiotherapist and pregnancy educator. As a registered ZwangerFit and MamaFit therapist, she offers informed guidance on pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery, including support for clients experiencing physical complaints. Her approach is personal, practical and positive, helping women and couples prepare with confidence and knowledge for birth and the maternity period. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/kleinsengroots) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idPufoVG8b/w/155/h/155/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792833353547) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idPufoVG8b/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792833353729) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Linen | #fcebeb | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Pearl Bush | #e3d8d0 | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
