Kate Mackinnon is an accomplished CranioSacral therapist, author, speaker, and Alternative Healing Arts Practitioner based in Livermore, California. With over 30 years of experience, Kate specializes in CranioSacral Therapy and Distance Energy Healing. She holds diplomate certification in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute and is a Certified Master Practitioner for Distance Energy Healing from the Core®. Through her Collaborative Navigation of Your Health & Wellness practice, Kate uses touch to support her clients of all ages. Her goal is to help people create comfort and ease in their bodies by accessing their own self-healing mechanism. Kate has seen remarkable results in her clients using CranioSacral Therapy and has published a book titled From my Hands and Heart: Achieving Health and Balance with CranioSacral Therapy, endorsed by Dr. Wayne Dyer. In addition to her therapy practice, Kate has developed the Healthy Compassionate Touch program as part of the enrichment program for the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement. She offers coaching sessions for practitioners and teaches online classes on the practical elements of running a bodywork practice. Whether in person or virtually, Kate provides personalized and effective support to help clients and colleagues reach their full potential.
