## Description

KM Self Defense is a Krav Maga training center in Caldwell, Idaho, offering practical self-defense instruction for adults and children ages 6 to 12. Its classes focus on realistic preparation rather than sport fighting or choreographed techniques, using a principle-based approach that emphasizes adaptable movement and responses under pressure. Students learn physical skills alongside threat awareness, effective communication, decision-making, and confidence. Adult training combines practical skill development with a challenging workout intended to build strength and confidence. The youth program provides structured, encouraging instruction and mentorship, with an emphasis on character, discipline, and resilience. Beginners are welcome, and no previous experience is required; participants are encouraged to show up consistently and grow. The school is led by owner and instructor Kimberly Mills, a Krav Maga Worldwide certified instructor with a first-degree black belt and additional credentials and coaching experience, including a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. KM Self Defense holds classes at Studio 671 in Caldwell and invites prospective students to book a trial.
