Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented challenges brought by the pandemic and subsequent supply chain disruptions, Craftisio, Inc., including KnitCrate LLC and Dyer Supplier LLC, had to make the difficult decision to close their doors permanently. Despite their commitment to exceptional customer experiences, inventory and shipping delays caused by the pandemic posed insurmountable obstacles for the company.

Additionally, the current economic climate, with inflation on the rise and the looming threat of a severe recession, significantly impacted customer demand throughout the entire industry. As a result, the company was unable to cover its operating expenses and meet its debt obligations, ultimately leading to its closure. All assets have been surrendered to the senior secured SBA lender, and the company has no activities or employees at present.
