## Description

KNOCK OUT is a premier kickboxing event that began in 2016, quickly winning the hearts of fans with its electrifying matches featuring top fighters from Japan and around the globe. The brand promotes competitive spirit and sportsmanship by showcasing fighters on a platform designed to determine the ultimate champion. In 2020, KNOCK OUT innovated its rules by introducing the “RED rules,” allowing elbow strikes and clinches, alongside the “BLACK rules,” which restrict these techniques to widen the competitive landscape.

In 2021, KNOCK OUT merged with the renowned REBELS fighting event, solidifying its stature in the combat sports arena and establishing champions across various weight classes. The following year, it introduced the "UNLIMITED rules," removing ground choking and joint locks from MMA regulations. Furthermore, KNOCK OUT hosts amateur tournaments multiple times a year to nurture the next generation of fighters and operates kickboxing gyms to promote the sport as a fitness and competitive endeavor. The organization is led by Genki Yamaguchi, a celebrated two-time kickboxing champion known for his powerful left middle kick.
