## Description

KNOCK OUT is a premier kickboxing event that launched in 2016, rapidly gaining a loyal following among fans. This electrifying platform showcases top fighters from Japan and around the world, competing in a quest to establish supremacy in the ring. To enhance the competitive experience, KNOCK OUT introduced two distinct sets of rules by 2020: the "RED rules," allowing for certain techniques such as effective elbows, and the "BLACK rules," which impose restrictions on elbow strikes and clinching. In 2021, KNOCK OUT further solidified its presence in the martial arts scene by merging with the well-established REBELS event, recognizing champions across various weight classes under both rule sets.

Beyond professional matches, KNOCK OUT is dedicated to the promotion of kickboxing and athlete development, regularly organizing KNOCK OUT amateur tournaments. The brand is driven by its founder, Genki Yamaguchi, a former champion noted for his devastating left middle kick. KNOCK OUT represents the spirit of competition where courageous fighters aim for the ultimate knockout.
