## Description

Knowher is a hormonal intelligence platform designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Built by women with lived experience, alongside clinicians and hormone specialists, it aims to make the years between medical appointments more informed and connected. Its privacy-first approach keeps personal data under the user’s control, while combining daily symptom tracking, AI-supported pattern recognition, clinician input and peer support.

Members answer one private question each day, building a record that can reveal recurring or changing patterns over time. Sage, Knowher’s non-diagnostic AI assistant, helps interpret those patterns and anticipate what may be coming. The Advocate turns a member’s history into appointment briefs, helps prepare questions, explains notes and lab results in plain English, and keeps track of follow-up items. Knowher also offers small, matched peer circles moderated by trained facilitators, and access to menopause-trained clinicians or coaches when human guidance is needed. Users can import data from Apple Health, Oura, Garmin and Whoop to add sleep, activity, temperature and heart-rate signals.
