## Description

Known is a creatively led, digitally focused production agency with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The agency treats creativity as a way of thinking rather than a separate department, combining strategic problem-solving with distinctive concepts to help brands communicate and grow.

Its creative services focus on developing effective strategies and turning them into compelling ideas. On the digital side, Known runs social media campaigns, manages online communities, designs and builds websites, partners with influencers, and manages Google Ads. The agency also helps businesses understand digital channels and improve performance.

Known’s production offering ranges from content creation to television commercials, creating work designed to capture attention and support brand growth. Its portfolio includes projects for Volkswagen, McCain, African Bank, ACANA, Smollan, and Gun Free South Africa, spanning campaigns, digital experiences, and other brand communications.

The agency also shares perspectives on industry topics through its blog, including social media trends and the use of AI in production. Known invites businesses to get in touch to discuss creative, digital, and production support.
