KCARC is a non-profit company dedicated to improving the lives of families with disabilities. With a strong community commitment, we offer a wide range of services that include manufacturing, employment job training, intellectual and developmental disability services, adult day programs, behavior management services, early childhood developmental programs, and school-aged children transition services. Our goal is to provide opportunities in a dignified and respectful manner for the total well-being of individuals and families with special needs.

At KCARC, we believe in creating a well-rounded life for our clients, which is why we offer therapeutic services such as behavior support, music therapy, wellness coordination, and speech therapy. Additionally, we provide disability employment services and benefits counseling to help individuals make informed choices about work. Our Dove Manufacturing plants specialize in metal, wood, and garment production, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
