## Description

Kognit is a cognitive development centre in Slovakia and the country’s first licensed provider of the BrainRx brain-training program. It supports children from age six, preschoolers and adults who want to develop skills related to attention, memory, learning and information processing. The centre begins with the Gibson Cognitive Test to identify individual strengths and areas for development, then uses the results to shape a personalised training plan and track progress.

Its services include BrainRx, the AccelerateRx preschool program, cognitive development activities, bilateral integration, motor-cognitive training, auditory training through JIAS, special education intervention and individual development support. Kognit also offers consultations and diagnostic assessment. The centre describes its approach as individually tailored, guided by specialists and based on neuroplasticity. Its website says progress is measured before and after training, with the aim of supporting learning and everyday functioning. Led by BrainRx licence holder Mgr. Erika Kiššová, Kognit serves clients through branches in Nitra and Bratislava and shares educational articles for families.
