ALM RECORDS, also known as Kojima Recording, is a Japanese record label founded in 1974 with a focus on classical music. Over the decades, it has built a catalogue of around 900 currently distributed titles, bringing together distinctive recordings across a wide range of musical traditions. Its releases span contemporary music, early music, chamber music and Japanese traditional music, alongside works from the broader classical repertoire. The label presents performers and ensembles in projects that explore the meeting of musical heritage and modern ideas, including interpretations of gagaku and recordings of influential contemporary composers.

ALM RECORDS places particular emphasis on recording quality. Its natural-sounding approach aims to bring out the character and appeal of each work, earning high praise from various quarters. Through its online store, the label offers CDs and digital audio, including lossless WAV and high-resolution FLAC files for selected releases. ALM RECORDS continues to select and preserve music it considers meaningful, building a catalogue for listeners interested in carefully produced classical and traditional recordings.
