## Description

Karateklubb Kokoro-Kai Dojo Varberg is a nonprofit martial arts club founded by Patric Axheden Shihan on February 17, 1991. Based in its own traditionally styled Japanese dojo at Drottninggatan 43 in central Varberg, the club provides instruction in Kase-Ha Karate-Dō and Goshindō, a form of self-defence. Its teaching is grounded in Kase-Ha Shōtōkan-Ryū and Budō karate, emphasizing practical, reality-based techniques alongside ethics and personal development. Training is available to teenagers and adults through group sessions during the term and individual private lessons. Members are encouraged to train according to their abilities and circumstances while supporting one another in pursuing personal goals. Classes focus on breathing, concentration, balance and inner strength, and aim to develop confidence, self-awareness, discipline, courage and determination in a safe, welcoming environment. Experienced instructors, with decades of active karate and teaching experience, guide students at an individual pace. The dojo also welcomes visiting karate practitioners from Sweden and abroad, creating opportunities for shared training and learning.
