## Description

Kolibri Seminare is a specialist provider of Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan courses, seminars, professional development and events in Germany and Switzerland. The project began in the 1990s, inspired by the value of sharing practices that its organizers experienced through their own patient practice. After more than 35 years of organizing weekend seminars, founder Foen Tjoeng Lie handed responsibility to the current organizing team at the end of 2025. The organization continues to coordinate events through regional contacts.

Its program brings together certified, experienced teachers and guest instructors for sessions suited to beginners, returning participants, advanced practitioners and teachers. Offerings include movement-based and still Qigong, Tai Chi styles, meditation and related practices, with both weekend seminars and multi-day events. Kolibri emphasizes learning through mindful movement, breathing, relaxation and attentive practice, while helping preserve traditional Chinese approaches to wellbeing. Its events are open to people pursuing practice for personal interest or professional development. Participants can explore different methods, deepen their skills and connect with a community of fellow practitioners.
