## Description

It gives suppliers their own online shop and lets customers order through an app or web browser, bringing multiple suppliers together in one place. The platform supports 24/7 ordering, tailored product and price information, availability details, customer-specific delivery or collection days, and reusable team order lists. Customers can track current and past orders, while suppliers manage products, promotions, opening hours, customer invitations, and reminders through a supplier portal.

Orders can be transferred automatically to a supplier’s existing ERP system or sent by email, reducing manual entry and misunderstandings. kollex connects with more than 22 ERP systems and provides a database of over 120,000 automatically maintained product records. Its service also includes customer onboarding, instructional materials, reporting, and support, with options varying by package. The company says its platform is used by more than 30,000 users and over 170 specialist wholesalers, and reports a recommendation rate above 90 percent.
