## Description

**Komputeko** is an innovative online project dedicated to cataloging computer-related terminology across various languages, fostering the use of accurately translated terms. Launched in 2007, Komputeko serves as a vital resource for translators, educators, and students in the tech field, providing translations of technical computer terms in languages including Esperanto, Dutch, French, and Czech.

To complement its online offerings, Komputeko has published two editions of a printed book: the first in 2008 with 7,500 translations, and an updated second edition in 2012 featuring 7,800 terms and numerous additions. These editions include frequently used terms and an illustrated glossary, which are essential for anyone working with computer concepts in languages other than their native tongue.

Available for purchase through the UEA book service, COMPUTEKO encourages users to explore and compare different translations by including reference sources. This project not only supports the Esperanto community but also aims to establish Esperanto as a modern and functional language for technical communication.
