## Description

Keravan Kori-80 ry is a basketball club founded in 1980 to provide opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy the sport in Kerava, Finland. Known as a player-development club, it offers quality junior coaching for girls and boys, with teams suited to different ages, skill levels and ambitions. Its youth programme includes competitive and recreational teams, introductory basketball schools and clubs for young children, as well as light basketball activities. The club also welcomes adults, including beginners, through fitness-focused basketball groups and a women’s second-division team. New players of any age can try basketball free of charge for two weeks, with advance notice to the team manager. Alongside team practices and league play, Kori-80 provides information on training, fees, membership and local sports hall schedules. It also organizes basketball camps and tournaments, and shares club news and recognition of players and volunteers. With a focus on participation, development and community, Keravan Kori-80 aims to help each player find a suitable way to get involved, whether for fun, fitness or competitive basketball.
