## Description

Korsofahrt Alt Ruppin is a long-running community festival organized by Korsofahrtverein Alt Ruppin e.V. Since 1911, the event has transformed the Rhin in Alt Ruppin into a summer stage of lights, music and decorated boats, traditionally taking place on the first Saturday in August. It brings together residents and visitors from across the region for an evening of waterside celebrations and entertainment.

The festival welcomes participants on the water and along the shore, as well as local traders and visitors. The association provides practical information about registration, participation, event conditions, travel, parking and the programme, helping people plan their involvement. Its website also features photographs and highlights from past celebrations, including prize-winning boats and shore displays.
