## Description

Koter is a digital reference library developed by the Center for Educational Technology (CET), known in Hebrew as Matach, in collaboration with leading Israeli publishers. It provides online access to a broad collection of research and reference books across the humanities and social sciences, bringing thousands of titles together in a digital reading environment. Visitors can search the library’s content by book title or explore it through advanced search and curated sections, including selected titles, philosophy and ideas, free books, classics, and encyclopedias. The service also offers personal account features such as a bookshelf and content folders, alongside a shopping basket for book purchases. Koter supports users with help and guidance resources and provides information about its partner publishers, library terms, privacy protections, and accessibility. Designed as an online resource for readers seeking reliable reference material, the library makes a varied selection of scholarly and general nonfiction available on screen.
