## Description

Koto City Children’s Plaza is a community facility in Sumiyoshi, Koto City, Tokyo, bringing together services and spaces for children, families, and local residents. Its child and family support center offers a parenting drop-in space, parenting consultations, specialist advice, and short-term respite childcare for eligible young children. The plaza also operates a children’s library with age-based book collections, reading areas, study rooms, group-learning spaces, and library events.

For community activities, the facility hosts events and rents rooms for meetings, workshops, exercise, performances, and music practice. Available spaces include a multipurpose hall, two connectable meeting rooms, and a music room equipped for instruments and band rehearsal. Some equipment may incur an additional fee, and room use is subject to facility rules and charges.

The plaza’s stated mission is to support children’s healthy development in partnership with the community and to provide a welcoming place for connection and activity. Located near Sumiyoshi Station, it is managed by the Keikokai and SDH Group designated manager.
