## Description

Koto is an RIBA Chartered architecture and design studio creating nature-inspired spaces for hospitality, wellness and modern living. With nine years of practice across 21 countries, the studio works with developers, operators, landowners and private clients to shape projects around their landscape, climate and character. Its work includes architect-designed hotel and retreat cabins, multi-unit hospitality destinations, spa and wellness spaces, bespoke homes and interiors.

Koto offers both site-specific design and ready-to-order options, balancing distinctive architecture with scalable systems for projects delivered across multiple plots, phases or locations. Cabin projects can include interiors and furniture packs, with options designed to help prepare units for guests. Wellness services range from saunas and spa elements to integrated suites; signature saunas are made to order, use sustainable materials and offer wood-fired or electric heating. For homes, Koto designs bespoke residences and offers the Hytti, a single-storey model with two- or three-bedroom layouts. Its interiors service supports refurbishment and new-build projects, with turnkey options spanning design, procurement, installation and styling.
