These graduates now hold prestigious positions as executive chefs, hotel managers, business owners, and university graduates, contributing to society in meaningful ways. With a commitment to excellence, KOTO provides over 100 at-risk and disadvantaged youth annually with a transformative 24-month training program. Through their training restaurants, such as KOTO Villa and KOTO Van Mieu, KOTO equips these young individuals with essential hospitality skills, enabling them to realize their dreams. Operating as Vietnam's first social enterprise, KOTO prioritizes the safety and well-being of its trainees, enforcing robust governance and monitoring practices.
