## Description

Kourosh Dini, MD, is a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, physician, and author whose work helps creative people and those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or wandering minds move from overwhelm toward focus and meaningful engagement. His approach looks beyond symptoms to the person and the meaning behind them, encouraging agency, play, and a gentler alternative to productivity driven by anxiety, shame, or force.

Through his website, Dini shares practical ideas and resources for building a calmer flow of work and life. These include the Rhythms of Focus podcast, a mindfulness-based productivity program for people with wandering minds, and Waves of Focus: Guiding the Wandering Mind, an online course and community with bite-sized video lessons, peer interaction, live group Q&A sessions, and exercises. Visitors can also explore his blog, music, books, and courses, including publications focused on productivity. A free guide is available through the Weekly Wind Down newsletter. Dini’s site also provides information about psychoanalysis and contact details for clinical inquiries and questions about books and productivity.
