## Description

Kraftbande is the coaching and movement practice of Nikola Wörz, based in Erding, Germany. Its approach brings together physical activity, mental training and personal development to help children and adults build confidence, focus and resilience at their own pace. The name reflects both the connection between coach and participant and the relationship people develop with themselves. Kraftbande offers sport neuromental training, children’s neuromental training and general mental training, alongside therapeutic climbing and climbing activities. Programs are tailored for children, parents and families, schools and educational institutions, adults and athletes, as well as companies and teams. Through movement, mindful awareness and supportive coaching, participants are encouraged to explore their abilities, face challenges and develop concentration and stability. Nikola Wörz is a certified children’s and sport neuromental trainer, a therapeutic climbing practitioner and a DAV Trainer B in sport climbing, with additional experience in route setting and project and event management. Kraftbande’s guiding spirit is captured in its message: “Strong in body, clear in mind.”.
